Cancellation Policy
Dear valued customer,
We hope this message finds you well. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. However, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clients have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will either be charged a $20 late fee to accommodate upcoming clients who now have to delay their appointment or cancel and reschedule your appointment, in which you forfeit your deposit.
We value our clients' time and our technicians' time, and last-minute cancellations can result in lost business opportunities for us. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation fee of 20% for appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
